Agency PerformanceThe Statistical Analysis Center (SAC) for the District of Columbia was established on April 30, 2001, by Mayor’s Order 2001-58 to provide a division dedicated to the collection, analysis, and dissemination of information about the District’s criminal and juvenile justice systems. The SAC, a unit of the CJCC, is responsible for independent research and analysis.
