The Criminal Justice Coordinating Council hosted a Public Meeting on Juvenile Justice Supervision in the District. Speakers Terri Odom, Director of Family Court Social Services Division, and Sam Abed, Director of the Department of Youth Rehabilitation Services discussed current practices, challenges, and opportunities associated with supervising justice-involved youth in the District. The meeting was held both virtually and in person on May 9, 2024.
