(Washington, D.C.) – The Criminal Justice Coordinating Council (CJCC) is proud to announce the launch of its newly redesigned Justice Statistical Analysis Tool (JSAT) website. This enhanced platform is a critical resource for District residents and public safety partners, offering a centralized location for accessing vital criminal and juvenile justice data and analysis.
The updated JSAT website, accessible at jsat.cjcc.dc.gov, features the Public Safety and Justice Dashboards published in compliance with the Secure DC Omnibus Amendment Act of 2024. The Public Safety and Justice Dashboards provide detailed information on violent crime incidents, arrests, pretrial decisions, detention trends, and other key metrics, enhancing transparency and accountability in the District of Columbia.
These dashboards are essential tools for understanding the state of public safety and justice in the District, empowering community members, policymakers, and stakeholders to make informed decisions.
The redesigned website features a user-friendly interface, and ensures that residents and partners can easily navigate and explore the latest public safety and justice data.
"The redesigned JSAT website is a powerful tool for advancing transparency and collaboration in the District of Columbia," said Kristy Love, Executive Director of the CJCC. "By making critical public safety and justice data easily accessible, we are equipping residents and public safety partners with the information they need to better understand and address the challenges facing our community. I want to thank the CJCC Statistical Analysis Center and our IT team for their years of tireless work on this project. They have produced a result we can all be proud of."
