Reentry Town Hall Meeting  Saturday, July 16, 2016

“A Town Hall Forum on Reentry” was held in the auditorium at Phelps High School (704 26th Street, NE, Washington, D.C. 20002) from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm.

At the forum, approximately 50 participants representing returning citizens, community based service providers, governmental organizations, and more worked with others from our community to imagine new possibilities and to think critically about the pathways leading to those new possibilities. The forum included a series of highly interactive "challenges" that asked participants to work with others on a team to identify ways to improve reintegrating returning citizens into the District of Columbia.
