The Criminal Justice Coordinating Council’s (CJCC) Reentry Workgroup convened the Education Pathways to Promise forum to explore the intersection of juvenile justice and education in policy and practice in the District of Columbia. The panelists discussed issues including credit transfers, best fit academic placement, and enrollment challenges from their respective organizational perspectives.
