I Want to Know is a new function that gives you the chance to get your questions answered about all parts of the justice system and many of the justice agencies in the District of Columbia.
Offender Data includes information on locating someone who is incarcerated, DC's Most Wanted, Sex Offenders and much more information about offenders.
The purpose of the Citizen Resources page provides information about how a citizen interacts with the criminal justice community, where help can be found, and where you can find answers to many questions, judicial or legislative information.
The purpose of the Reentry Resources page is to provide a directory of information focusing on preparing ex-offenders for successfully returning to their communities.
The purpose of the Resources for Victims or Witnesses of Crime page is to provide a directory of local and national information sources that focus on providing protection, finding support and offering services.
The purpose of the Youth Information page is to provide young people with information that they or their parents may find useful.

Citizen Complaints
Submit a complaint if you feel that a member of the MPDC did not meet this standard in serving you, or if you suspect a member has engaged in corruption, excessive force, or other serious misconduct.
Citizens Advisory Council
The CAC is an advisory panel that provides each police district commander with direct information and recommendations from the community on the public's safety problems and police service needs.
Communication Rights for the Deaf or Hard of Hearing
The MPDC is providing the following list of "communications rights" so that members of the deaf or hard of hearing community might be aware of their rights when communicating with members of the Department.

Metropolitan Police Reserve Corps
The Metropolitan Police Reserve Corps is a volunteer program providing qualified civic-minded individuals with the opportunity to assist the MPDC in carrying out its policing responsibilities.
PACER (Public Access to Court Electronic Records)
Public Access to Court Electronic Records (PACER) is an electronic public access service that allows users to obtain case and docket information from Federal Appellate, District and Bankruptcy courts, and the U.S. Party/Case Index via the Internet.
Partnerships for Problem Solving
Partnerships for Problem Solving (PPS), is the MPD’s effort to train police officers, community volunteers, and agency representatives throughout the District in the methods and tools for neighborhood problem solving.
Police Ride-Along Program
The Police Ride-Along program allows residents to accompany officers during their tour of duty in a police vehicle. This public education program gives residents a better understanding of police operations.

Young Lawyers Section
Operation Crackdown is a community service project of the Young Lawyers Section of the Bar Association of DC. Operation Crackdown provides community groups with free legal representation to combat crack houses and open-air drug markets.
